Warranty

Training / SUP School and Camp

Customers who have prepaid for a specific service are entitled to a refund or credit if:

  • The Customer notifies SUP Base in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity/program.
  • The Instructor/Leader cancels the activity due to inappropriate or hazardous conditions.

If weather and water conditions deteriorate, the Instructor/Leader may modify the program’s content and location or reschedule it for another time. Rain or wind alone does not automatically cancel the program; SUP Base staff have the authority to decide whether to continue or reschedule the activity.

If the Customer has paid a discounted price for the activity, the refund amount will be reduced based on the sessions already attended and calculated using the discounted rate.

No refunds will be given if the Customer refuses to comply with SUP Base’s regulations (see “Liability Statement”), and SUP Base staff determine that the Customer cannot participate in the activity (e.g., if the Customer is under the influence of substances).

If the Customer provides written notification of a health condition (see “Liability Statement”) that leads SUP Base staff to decide that the Customer must completely refrain from the program, a proportional/partial/full refund will be offered.

Tours

Customers are entitled to a refund or credit if:

  • The Customer notifies SUP Base at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour. However, a 20% administrative fee may apply.
  • SUP Base cancels the tour.

Gift Voucher

Gift vouchers can only be used by the designated recipient and within the validity period unless otherwise agreed. No refunds will be issued after purchasing a gift voucher.

Rental Without Supervision

The Customer is entitled to a refund if they cancel their rental reservation in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. No refunds will be issued once the Customer has collected the rented equipment.
